Jeffers at Forestside Cookery School

Forestside is delighted to announce the opening of our very own Cookery School hosted by Chef Stephen Jeffers. The fabulous custom built space, with free parking and easy access, will accommodate sixteen fully equipped work stations although this can be adjusted up to a maximum of twenty four and each station is fully equipped with everything from aprons to pots and pans.

From Italian to Asian Street Food, Irish Breads to Sushi and absolutely everything in between, Chef Jeffers has a full calendar of classes to suit everyone. Classes will vary from one hour to ‘Cook Your Own Lunch’ to four hours of fabulous bread making and most classes will include wine to enjoy with your culinary masterpiece. There is truly a class for every taste.

Classes are great fun and generally consist of the Chef’s demo followed by the class recreating this course with Chef’s expert guidance. Class members then get to eat this course with a glass of wine before Chef’s next demo and the chance to cook again. It’s the perfect family or work get together, is terrific for team building or busy parents juggling their day around the school run.

Bespoke events can be arranged where the entire school will be yours for the day and Chef’s team will be happy to help you pick your own special menu from any of their many themes or even organise your own competition bake off. It is a fantastic way to spend quality time with your loved ones whilst learning and having fun.

The school opens for business on Monday 5th September and classes are available to book right now on the cookery school website.  It is located on the second floor of the complex at the Sainsbury’s end of the mall with exclusive lift access.
