We are absolutely thrilled to welcome a new member to the food blogging team at Forestside.

Some of you may have seen his appearance on last week's Magazine show with Sarah Travers, TV is just one more of Stephen's ongoing projects.
Stephen has worked in many types of hospitality, starting as a personal chef to the rich & famous, he has owned many top class restaurants over the last 20 years, The Refectory, Grace Neills, Jeffers by the Marina, The Boat House. He has also worked for Michael Deane, The Malmaison Group & Mourne Seafood Bar.
