Forestside Food Festival Demo Schedule

Our Forestside Food Festival starts this Friday and will continue every day until Sunday 15th November with demos every day starting at 2pm. Please note all demos and timings are approximate and could be subject to change.

Friday 6th November: Opening Event hosted by Stephen Jeffers.

First cookery demo at 2pm: Andy Rea, Executive Chef at Mourne Seafood BarSimply Seafood

Second demo at 4pm: Stephen Chisholm from Belfast Cookery School and Radio Ulster presenter, Great Irish Bake Off Winner: Savoury Pastry

Third Demo at 7pm: Stephen Jeffers, Jeffers at Belfast Cookery School: Cooking with local Beef

Great Vine Imports will be sampling wines along with Black BeefMike's Fancy Cheese and Dart Mountain cheese.

Cheese and wine tasting from 12pm until the wine runs out!.

Saturday 7th November: Hosted by Chef Jeffers

M&S - The Star of the Christmas Table

2pm: Guest Chef Ronan from Moy Park will cook M&S Christmas Roast Turkey.

4pm: Guest Chef Ronan from Moy Park will cook M&S Christmas Roast Turkey.

Sampling on mall from M&S 2015 Christmas range.

Johnsons coffee tasting throughout the day.
