Perfect Peri-Peri Chicken

Peri-Peri chicken may be synonymous with a famous chicken restaurant, but Chef Jeffers demonstrates how to make a much more authentic and succulent chicken dish accompanied by a delicious homemade slaw! Throw in extra chili for a bit of heat or add more lemon to cool down the spice, Chef Jeffers provides you with the tips to make it the perfect dish for you! 

Recipe for 4 people:
- A whole chicken
- Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Sea salt - 1 tsp
- Garlic granules - 1 tsp
- Whole chili's/Birds-eye chili's - 1 or 2 tsp (depending on how hot you prefer)
- Hot chili powder - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Oil - good drizzle
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 orange
- 1 large garlic bulb
- Olive oil to heat the pan

Slaw:
- 1 carrot
- 5 radishes 
- 1/2 red onion 
- 1/2 white cabbage
- 1 lemon
