Forestside Valentine’s Day Promotion

Terms & Conditions

1. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. This promotion is only open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over excluding employees of Forestside Shopping Centre, their agents and agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
3. The prize is an overnight stay for 2 including breakfast at the Malone Lodge Hotel, Belfast including dinner for 2 at the Knife and Fork restaurant.
4. To enter, participants need EITHER to enter at the Helping Hands desk in Forestside OR Like the Forestside Facebook page and then post a comment saying who you would like you share your Valentine’s Day weekend with and why for your chance to win.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted and the prize must be redeemed no later than 14^th May 2015.
6. The winner will be selected at random on Saturday 14^th February 2015.
7. The Promotion runs (“the Promotion Period”) from Monday 2^nd February 2015 (“Start Date”) to Saturday 14^th February 2015 at 3pm sharp (“Closing Date”).
8. The winner will be notified of the fact that they have won via private message on Facebook after 3pm on Saturday 14^th February 2015.
9. If the winner does not respond after three attempts of contact on Saturday 14^th February 2015, then the Winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and the promoter is free to draw another winner.
10. The winner will be asked visit the Helping Hands desk on Saturday 14^th February 2015 to redeem their prize and enable Forestside Centre Management to take a PR picture for the Forestside Facebook page.
11. If for any reason any aspect of the promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or prize, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
13. This Promotion is subject to Northern Irish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.
14. There are no cash or other alternatives to the stated prize and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winning participant at Forestside Shopping Centre.
15. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with similar prizes of equal or greater value.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
17. The Promoter's decision is binding in all matters.
18. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity for free as specified by the Promoter.
