Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. This promotion is only open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 16 years or over excluding employees of Forestside Shopping Centre, their agents and agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
3. The prize is a £100 gift card voucher for the Spa at La Mon Hotel & Country Club.  Entrants must like Forestside Shopping Centre’s Facebook post and comment on the post promoting this competition by saying how they would spend their voucher and who they would share the experience with. 
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The Promotion runs from 3pm Thursday 28th February 2019 until 3pm Thursday 14th March 2019.
6. The winner will be selected at random and they will be notified of the fact that they have won on Thursday 14th March 2019 via private message and on the Forestside Facebook news feed.
7. If the winner does not respond after three attempts of contact, then the Winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and the promoter is free to draw another winner.
8. The winner will be asked to contact La Mon Hotel & Country Club directly to confirm their attendance. Voucher is to be used in Spa.
9. If for any reason any aspect of the promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or prize, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
11. This Promotion is subject to Northern Irish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.
12. There are no cash or other alternatives to the stated prize and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winning participant at Forestside Shopping Centre. The voucher expires 30^thJune 2019 and validity cannot be extended.
13. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with similar prizes of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
15. The Promoter's decision is binding in all matters.
16. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity for free as specified by the Promoter.
